Despite the economic downturn, Hampshire has continued to see the opening of new budget and boutique hotels and further new hotels are in the pipeline for the end of 2013 and 2014. There are signs that the county’s hotel market has started to recover and given the forecasts for employment and population growth there is renewed optimism about hotel demand and potential for additional hotel provision.
